How Pulsed signal therapy PST® is performed on joints:

Pulsed signal therapy PST®  The therapeutic method is similar for all PST equipment irrespective of the models. Pulsed signal therapy PST® signals are transmitted to the treated area through generators with fixed coils.
Targeted joints: Foot, knee, ankle, hand, wrist, elbow, shoulders and neck.


During treatment, the patient sits or lies in a specially developed chair or bed. The relevant joint is positioned in the Pulsed signal therapy PST® device so pulsed signals can be sent to the cartilage and connective tissue. The joint or area to be treated is carefully positioned within the PST device.  It is necessary to keep the area being treated completely still for the hour of treatment.

Most patients feel no pain during the treatment. Some patients may feel a slight tingling or sensation of warmth in the area being treated, while others may temporarily experience a slight increase in the normal pain they feel in the affected area. Pulsed signal therapy PST®  technology should not be confused with other methodology of treatments such as Pulsed Electromagnetic field therapy - PEMF or Electromagnetic regeneration therapy – EMRT.
